Celebration of the baianas and the acarajé - symbol of the affection and hospitality of the bahian people. It happens with a catholic mass in the Church of Ours Lady of the Rosary of the Black color, in Pelourinho, beyond cultural manifestations in other points of the Historical Center and a program of commemorations that officially opens the cycle of parties of bigger relevance in Salvador. With music and in the tents that serve typical foods and drinks.
